I’m Charlotte, the founder of alma insight.

I’m a VP-level GTM and Growth executive with 13 years’ experience scaling global technology platforms across EMEA, the Americas and APAC.

As a partner to founders, the C-level and Product teams, I build and lead systems that translate complex tech into clear market narratives, drive product adoption, and enable revenue growth.

A deep believer in the humanities as a way of propelling sustainable growth, I am convinced that now more than ever we need to marry the efficiency of technology with the timeless lessons that the Classics taught us: critical thinking, clarity, rigour and humility.

Native Italian and German, I am fluent in English, French and Spanish, I’m now based in Madrid, Spain, after 12 years in London, UK. I hold a master’s degree from French business school ESCP Europe and a First Honours degree in Rhetoric and Comparative Literature from the University of Tuebingen, Germany.
